BOOTCAMP

This program is designed to build strength, cardio endurance and agility through a variety of intense circuits over a 1-hour period. These classes promote fat loss, camaraderie, and team effort. They are specifically designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves.

Absolutely! Kimberly has over 10 years of professional fitness experience which allows her to train while maintaining a watchful eye over her class.  Our number one priority is to ensure the safety of our members by offering modifications to beginners while also coaching proper technique to those that are more advanced.
We are a co-ed bootcamp welcoming both men and women to participate in our programs.
The majority range from upper teens to mid-60’s and in some cases older.  Remember, all exercises are modified to fit your physical ability. Before your first class you will be asked to fill out a Physical Assessment Questionnaire to ensure you are able to participate.
For each bootcamp class, you are motivated and instructed by a nationally certified personal trainer.

Our class sizes can range anywhere from 6 to no larger than 25 bootcampers. We like to keep our numbers smaller to focus on you.

Every class is different but will incorporate a warmup, full body strength and cardio strength training focus and cool down.
We have everything from dumbbells, suspension trainers, resistance bands, battle ropes, freestanding kicking bags and a variety of other equipment to keep the program fun and effective.
